3 main categories of BMAT questions:
Students struggle with identifying conclusions of questions because they confuse a premise for a conclusion!!!
A Conclusion - a summary of arguments.
A Premise - a statement from which another statement can be inferred or followed as a conclusion.
Example1:
My mom, being a woman, is clever as all women are clever.
Premise1: My mom is a woman + Premise2: Women are clever = Conclusion: My mom is clever.
Example2:
My mom is clever because all doctors are clever.
Premise1: Doctors are clever + Assumption: My mom is a doctor = Conclusion: My mom is clever. Flaw: What if the mother was not actually a doctor?
